By downloading or using 5 Clues Mystery("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Subscriptions & Purchases

  • 5 Clues Premium — Monthly is an auto-renewable subscription billed monthly. You will be charged the price shown in the App at the time of purchase.
  • 5 Clues Premium — Annual is an auto-renewable subscription billed annually. You will be charged the price shown in the App at the time of purchase.
  • Archive Unlock is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that grants permanent access to the full case archive.
  • Subscription renewals are charged to your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices are shown in your local currency and may vary by region. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms.

User Content & Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm 5 Clues Mystery, other users, or third parties. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Puzzle content is generated and reviewed but may occasionally contain inaccuracies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 5 Clues Mystery and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
